This wedding behind Schooner’s has been our favorite so far — we’ve had two so far. During the winter in Panama City Beach, FL if you look at the sand the right way you might think you’re looking at freshly fallen snow. Okay, maybe not for the snow experts out there but for Floridians and photographers it’s the closest thing we got.

Kim found us online and we hit it off right away, she is from Kentucky and her and Shane wanted to have a quaint destination wedding here on the beach behind Schooners. Shane and the guys arrived first which was cool because it gave us time to take some photos of just them before Kim, the beautiful bride, showed up with her toes in the sand and a huge smile on her face. We instantly hugged one another and Brittany was head over heels for her “nautical vibes”  wedding dress.

When they said I do you could feel the love in the air as the wind blew her hair just right and made the moment that much more epic. Shane and Kim were so relaxed during their session, you could tell they were really in the moment and loving the feeling of finally being married. We got them to pose with some pretty awesome Christmas props that Schooners had out on the sand, it felt fitting to have Kim sit on Shane’s lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas lol. We loved working with this beautiful couple!
