Step 1: Submit Booking Form
Before we can even start talking about your photo session you need to fill out the contact form on this page.
Step 2: Customize Session
After we receive and review your submission we'll reach out to you via email or text to introduce ourselves and to customize your session with you. If you'd like we can also schedule a time to have a 1-on-1 call. During this call we'll talk about things like session duration, prints, digitals, and payment schedules. We'll talk about 0utfits and more during our actual planning call.
Step 3: Sign Contract & Pay Invoice
After your session is customized to your liking we'll send you over a digital packet for you to complete. Within it you'll see an overview of your session, your contract, and your invoice.
The entire process from receiving your proposal through signing your contract and paying your invoice usually takes less than 5 minutes, is completely digital, and can be handled on your phone, computer, or tablet.
Accepted payment methods:
- Venmo (Coming Soon)
Step 4: Planning Session
After your contract is signed and your invoice paid we'll send you an email to schedule a planning call. We prefer to handle these digitally via video call and they can last around an hour. During the planning session we'll dive deep into your ideas for the session and lay out the plan. We'll also talk about outfit changes, poses, alternative locations, etc.
Step 5: Session Day
Today's the day all our planning comes together. We'll touch base early in the day and again right before we head out to the location to ensure everything is still on track.
Step 6: Editing
Now it's time for the behind the scenes work.
We edit our photos in house and take care of basic edits.
Basic edits include the following adjustments:
- exposure and lighting
- color temperature & white balance
- basic color grading
Additional advanced editing techniques are not included but can be added on per file after initial edits are completed.
Photo Editing Turn Around:
Photo edits typically take around 2 weeks depending on the duration and team size.
Step 7: Reveal & Ordering Session
Once we've finished editing your photos and/or videos we'll reach out to you to schedule a time for our reveal session.
During this session we'll reveal your photos and/or video(s) and allow you to purchase additional prints and/or videos.
We'll also spend this time reviewing your privacy options. This includes whether to share your media on our public accounts, what photos to exclude from your public gallery, etc.
All digital files will be made available for easy digital download. If you would like a USB or DVD an additional fee will be included in your final invoice.
Step 8: Publish Online Gallery & Videos
Once you've seen your photos and videos it's time to share them with the rest of the world, or at the very least make them available for download.
All your photos will be published to your own online photo gallery. You're gallery will remain open for a month by default but you can adjust that to account fore more time if you'd like.
From your gallery you'll be able to:
- Download your photos
- Share via social media or email
- Invite friends and family
- Purchase additional photo prints
We'll upload your videos to a private cloud account and give you the link for you to download to your own personal device.
Step 9: Backup Files
When it's all said and done it's time to archive your files. A lot of couples find this helpful for when they forget where they saved their files or forget to download their files while their gallery is open. By default we'll keep your files backed up for a year, but you can adjust that for longer if you'd like.
